Since RMX’s Part / Channel / CC assignment is so flexible (see Key Concepts), it’s important to have tools to manage the behavior when the incoming MIDI channel of the controller is changed, so that you don’t have to duplicate every assignment for every Part and Channel. There are two main philosophies on setting up a controller with RMX:Ĭontrolling a single Part with your controllers assigned to different Part parameters (Cutoff, Resonance, LFO rate, FX sends, etc).Ĭontrolling multiple Parts with your controllers assigned to the same parameter on each Part (Mixer level 1-8, Pan 1-8, Solo/Mute 1-8, Cutoff 1-8, Resonance 1-8, etc.).
